United Fiber was established with the aim to accelerate the development of new generation networks, focus on fiber optic networks up to home (Fiber to the Home) or business (Fiber to the Office).

United Fiber is wholly owned by WIND Hellas group; it will operate under conditions of complete independence and will serve WIND’s goal of being a strategic partner of the national Recovery Plan for the country’s digital transformation.

The company aims to reach 600+ thousand houses with access to FTTH technology in the next 5 years.

HOF is an investment that will exceed 150 million euros (until 2026) with an estimated multiplier impact on Greek economy of over 500 million euros in the Greek economy and which is expected to create 600 new jobs (direct and indirect) in the Greek economy. It is the first independent financing of fiber optic network in Greece, with an assured competitive advantage and constitutes a strong vote of confidence by the Greek banking system.
